Job summary

Bayside Health is seeking an Employee Connect Officer to join the Payroll Services team in Melbourne. You will handle transactional HR tasks, onboarding, and changes in conditions while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

The role focuses on handling queries via phone and email, using multiple systems, and supporting staff with employment documents and policy processes. Location is Moorabbin Office with onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience and resilience with a genuine desire to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Handle onboarding, internal transfers and contract variations.
• Utilise multiple systems to perform duties.
• Answer inbound calls and emails relating to Payroll/HR and resolve queries.
