FIT College Pty Ltd in Maroochydore, QLD invites applications for a hands-on Human Resources Officer. This on-site, full-time role supports day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, ER, payroll liaison and policy updates.

You will work with managers to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience. You will need experience in a busy office, strong communication, confidentiality, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of Australian employment law.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment administration and candidate communication.
• Prepare employment contracts, offers and pre-employment docs.
• Coordinate onboarding and system access for new staff.
• Maintain confidential HR records and payroll data liaison.
• Support probation, performance reviews and ER matters.
• Update HR policies and employee handbooks as required.
• Coordinate training, engagement surveys and wellbeing initiatives.
• Liaise with Finance on payroll entitlements and vehicle records.
