Job summary

Alfred Health is seeking a hands-on Payroll Administrator for Bayside Health’s Payroll Services Department in Moorabbin. You will ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance with Awards, EBAs and legislation, while handling leave, overpayments and reporting with strong stakeholder liaison.

Ideal candidates will have payroll experience in health/public sector, strong attention to detail, confidentiality and reliable, with SAP, SuccessFactors or UKG Kronos experience and a Cert IV or higher in

Qualifications

• Experienced payroll administrator for a medium-large organisation.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of relevant Awards, EBAs and legislation; high accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Ensure statutory compliance and handle overpayments and leave management.
• Liaise with stakeholders across levels and prepare payroll reporting.
