Job summary

Department of Transport & Planning Victoria is seeking a People Operations and Improvements Advisor to support the employee lifecycle and organisational structure within the VicGov People system. You will deliver efficient, customer-focused HR services, process lifecycle changes, and maintain accurate data.

The role requires strong attention to detail, and collaboration across the department to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. (mandatory)
• Experience working within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. (mandatory)
• Degree in Human Resources, or a related field. (desirable)
• Experience operating within HRIS platforms. (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Supports the effective management of the employee lifecycle and organisational structure within DTP’s VicGov People system.
• Delivers efficient, customer-focused HR services and processes employee lifecycle changes.
• Maintains accurate people and position data and provides advice to stakeholders across the Department.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures and supports continuous improvement.
