Job summary

City of Boroondara is seeking a Project Manager - HRIS to lead the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rollout. You will steer mobilisation through stabilisation, coordinating partners, technology teams and business units to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and payroll continuity.

You will drive data governance, process redesign and change management, aligning workforce data with organisational structures while delivering sustainable HR improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end Employee Central implementation leadership.
• Strong ability to connect technical delivery with process redesign and data governance.
• Experience guiding payroll continuity and integration project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation from mobilisation to stabilisation.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, governance and change control.
• Coordinate partners, specialists and business teams to meet milestones and quality targets.
• Engage stakeholders across People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and Finance; drive decisions and adoption.
• Ensure successful data migration, integration, testing, cutover and transition to support.
