The Department of Government Services in Melbourne is seeking a Learning and Development Adviser to oversee VicGov People (SAP SuccessFactors) LMS administration, support the Performance module, and contribute to the design and review of L&D programs for DGS and customer departments.

You will manage day-to-day LMS operations, provide Salesforce-based advice, develop LinkedIn Learning pathways, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver core L&D solutions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System backend.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management and training delivery.
• High level of accuracy and ability to analyze system data and reports for trends.
• Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Performance module.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day administration of VicGov People LMS including items, scheduling classes, recording attendances, running reports, curricula and assignment profiles to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide timely Salesforce-based advice on learning and development queries, including VGP use, eLearning offerings, study assistance, training bookings and IPAA voucher processes.
• Develop and promote LinkedIn Learning pathways, integrate content into materials and programs, and administer LinkedIn Learning features.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support core L&D solutions across DGS and customer departments.
