Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a People Systems Manager to lead and optimise our HR systems landscape, with a focus on SuccessFactors and related integrations. You will partner with stakeholders to drive data integrity, reporting and workforce insights across the organisation.

The role requires deep SF expertise, strong analytics, and experience delivering system improvements and releases in enterprise environments. A modern HR tech stack and opportunities to influence national HR operations await.

Qualifications

5 years'+ managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment.
Deep hands-on functional expertise and certifications in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and core modules.
Experience of system integration within enterprise environments as well as leading projects.
Proven success delivering system improvements, releases and change initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors.
SME for all SuccessFactors integration design, configuration, automation, operational assurance, and release management.
On an ongoing basis, seek process improvement.
Actively work with our vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.
Maintain data integrity, compliance and security across people systems.
Partner with key teams to support HR operations, integrations, reporting and business insights.
Provide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting.
