Global Creatures Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can grow with our live performance business.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, remuneration and benefits, succession planning and employee wellbeing.
You will design and implement HR programs, advise leadership, foster an inclusive culture, ensure legislative compliance, and oversee HRIS while contributing to our annual goals.
Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR generalist to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have a combined passion for HR and live performance!
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, remuneration and benefits, succession planning and employee wellbeing.
Work closely with the Head of HR to design and implement HR programs which embed company values into HR practice across the Global Creatures Group.
Provide support and advice to the Head office and production leadership teams.
Build and sustain strong relationships with office and production personnel to foster employee wellbeing and an inclusive workplace culture.
Actively contribute to our annual goal setting process by to coaching and supporting employees.
Strive for continuous improvement in HR policies and procedures to ensure HR best practice and compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
Support the review of WHS policies and systems.
Actively participate in the development and support of our diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
Administrative oversight of our HRIS.
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience.
Sound knowledge of NES and Award interpretation.
Demonstrated advisory and coaching skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as autonomously, when required.
WHS and/or EDI experience will be highly regarded.
