• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions including employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
• Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
