Job summary

Duggan and Della in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive people initiatives across ER, talent, engagement, performance, wellbeing and organisational development.

In this role you will advise on employee relations, coach leaders, support workforce planning and development, contribute to recruitment and continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members within a dynamic, inclusive organisation embracing AI and innovation in People

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience as a generalist HR professional.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex performance matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving process improvement.
• A genuine interest in AI and innovation within the People function.
