Job summary

The Craig Mostyn Group in Fremantle is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support the People, Culture & Sustainability team across the employee lifecycle. You will assist with recruitment administration, onboarding, contract preparation, HR systems maintenance and handle general employee enquiries while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Reporting to the HRBP, you will set up new starters, help prepare HR reports, maintain Masterfile records and contribute to a positive,

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in HR administrative or similar role.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills.
• Service focused and ability to solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Competent in use of Office 365 suite of applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
• Support hiring managers through the recruitment and induction process.
• Set up new starters in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and workforce data as required.
• Maintain employee Masterfile records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage our Peer Recognition and Service Recognition Program end-to-end.
