Job summary

The Craig Mostyn Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for our Bunbury V&V Walsh site. You will act as a trusted partner to a designated unit, guiding the employee lifecycle and leadership development while supporting budget planning and performance processes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in HRBP roles within manufacturing or similar settings, strong industrial relations knowledge, and proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and supporting blue-collar workforces
• Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation and modern awards
• Experience managing workplace investigations and providing HR guidance to leaders

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to a designated unit.
• Build partnerships with designated people leaders, understanding business needs, headcounts, costs and challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver leadership development and training initiatives for designated units.
• Contributes to the annual budget process by supporting units to develop costs and strategies.
• Participate in CMG performance planning and development process
