Qualifications

• One year of experience in Human Resources is desirable.
• Relevant study or qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline are desirable.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills including accurate correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and escalate complex issues to the Regional HRBP.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and offboarding activities, ensuring timely action.
• Track probation reviews and lifecycle processes; issue reminders and documentation.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
