Job summary

Westwire Comms Pty Ltd in Campbellfield VIC is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the broader employee lifecycle. You will use data and systems to identify trends and improve how we work while providing HR guidance on policies and employment matters.

Responsibilities include postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding to offboarding, apprentice reviews, and data centralisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination or office administration.
• Familiarity with the electrical industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with office software; Simpro knowledge is a plus.
• Full-time or part-time with minimum 20 hours in-office (Mon-Fri).
• 7:30am–3:30pm working hours; free parking onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks.
• Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage apprentice and A-grade reviews.
• Utilise data and systems to identify trends and improve workflows.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies and employment matters.
• Support management and office team.
• Centralise data for the business and handle ad hoc duties.
