Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Port Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner for a full-time permanent role. You will own designated portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania, delivering practical ER/IR advice and maintaining smooth operations across business units.

You will partner with managers to coach through everyday people matters, work with training specialists to identify skill gaps, and drive local reward, recognition, and retention programs while supporting portfolio

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Australian IR frameworks, EAs, and Modern Awards.
• Comfortable with occasional travel across regional Victoria and Tasmania.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for portfolio people matters and provide ER/IR guidance.
• Partner with managers to coach them through everyday people matters.
• Collaborate with training specialists to spot skill gaps and run local reward/recognition programs.
• Support portfolio recruitment for corporate or business-unit roles.
