Randstad HR Partners in Port Melbourne seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to own designated portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania. You will provide practical ER/IR guidance and manage day-to-day HR matters, ensuring smooth operations across business units.

You will partner with managers to coach them through people matters, identify skill gaps, and support local recognition and retention programs while overseeing recruitment for various portfolios.

Competenze

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Travel across regional Victoria and Tasmania.
• Strong, practical knowledge of Australian IR frameworks, EAs, and Modern Awards.

Human Resources Business Partner | Full-Time Permanent

The Role

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and prefer active, hands-on portfolio management, this role is built for you.

As an HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of designated portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll be the main go-to person for leadeers and employees. You’ll handle the day-to-day HR matters, give practical ER/IR advice, and keep operations running smoothly across your business units.

Your role

• Go-To HR: Be the primary contact for all portfolio people matters. Provide advice on EAs, Modern Awards, disciplinary issues, and workplace investigations.
• Partnering & Coaching: Work directly with managers to coach them through everyday people matters and challenges.
• Program & Engagement: Team up with training specialists to spot skill gaps, while running local reward, recognition, and retention programs.
• Portfolio Recruitment: Corporate hiring or your business units when roles open up.

About You

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
• Comfortable with occasional travel across regional Victoria and Tasmania.
• Strong, practical working knowledge of Australian IR frameworks, EAs, and Modern Awards.
