Job summary

Morgan Consulting in Melbourne CBD is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders, delivering practical HR support across employee relations, policy guidance, and workforce planning.

You will partner with managers, address performance and workplace issues, and coach leaders to strengthen people management capabilities in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, approachable and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
