Job summary

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team in Melbourne. You will provide high-quality people-related support for our Project Management and Advisory business, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding while adapting to changing business needs.

Collaborate with leaders to deliver workforce solutions, enhance employee experience, and support HR initiatives across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR/talent acquisition experience.
• Proven sourcing and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong candidate care and professional experience for hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, pre-screen, interview coordination and offers.
• Manage background checks and onboarding processes.
• Manage the internal referral process for all vacancies.
• Assist with reporting and general HR support.
• Support key HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.
