RPS is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team, focusing on onboarding and talent acquisition for our Project Management and Advisory business. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, while shaping a positive employee experience.

You’ll bring a degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR/talent acquisition experience, with proven sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter) and strong stakeholder

Formación

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience across HR/talent acquisition.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong candidate care and professional experience for hiring managers.
• Flexible, supports shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Experience in HR/Recruitment systems, data management, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing, pre-interview screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Manage the background screening and the onboarding processes.
• Manage the internal referral process for all vacancies.
• Assist with reporting and general HR support.
• Support key HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.
