Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and data analytics.
• Talent Acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of low-volume, end-to-end recruitment across the business.
• Optimise HR systems, including workflows and vendor liaison.
• Improve people reporting and analytics with meaningful workforce insights.
• Support performance and leadership development initiatives.
• Contribute to broader change and organisational projects.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and gain exposure to related areas.
