Job summary

RPS Incorporated is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team. The role focuses on onboarding and talent acquisition, with flexibility to support evolving business needs.

You’ll collaborate with leaders to deliver people-focused outcomes and a positive employee experience. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and drive strategic sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience across HR/talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Manage background screening and onboarding processes.
• Manage internal referral process for vacancies.
• Assist with reporting and general HR support.
• Support HR initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions aligned with goals.
