Harmony Auto, a leading Australian importer and distributor of premium electric vehicles, invites an HR Advisor to join BYD Haberfield. You will provide generalist HR support across the business, handling payroll coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

You will work with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, maintain HR records, and support HR projects and reporting across the dealership network.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and onboarding.
• Good understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work.
• Ability to provide practical HR advice and handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate payroll activities and maintain accurate HR data.
