BYD Haberfield, backed by Harmony Auto, a leading importer of premium electric vehicles in Australia, invites you to join our HR team as an HR Advisor. You will deliver generalist HR support across the business, including payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

You will work with the HR Manager and department managers to ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, manage day-to-day HR operations, and provide practical HR advice to managers and staff,

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Practical experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards, and Fair Work requirements.
• Ability to provide practical HR advice and handle employee matters independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Recruitment & onboarding: prepare employment contracts, coordinate onboarding, maintain recruitment records.
• Payroll & HR administration: coordinate payroll activities, maintain HRIS/employee records, manage changes and inquiries.
• Employee relations & performance management: support managers and employees on day-to-day matters, handle grievances and investigations, manage reviews and terminations.
• Compliance & HR operations: ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and awards, support policies and regular HR reporting.
