Job summary

Eptec Group is seeking a confident, people-focused HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across a diverse operational workforce in Australia. You will provide practical guidance across the employee lifecycle and help create a safe, high-performing workplace.

Based in Adelaide City or Barossa Valley with up to 2 days work from home, the permanent full-time role requires travel between sites, an understanding of Australian employment law, and a commitment to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or broader HR generalist role.
• Sound understanding of employee relations, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Australian employment legislation
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
• Experience in fast paced operational environments

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
• Manage employee relations matters and support performance improvement, disciplinary processes, grievances and investigations.
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards, legislation and organisational policies.
• Contribute to change, workforce projects, performance cycles and manager training.
• Support HR governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
