Job summary

Eptec is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our team in Henderson, WA. This hands-on role supports the employee lifecycle and helps drive our growing organisation.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and remuneration processes, while ensuring compliance with HR policies. The successful candidate will have HR coordination or generalist experience, a relevant degree, strong communication, and ideally experience with HRIS.

Qualifications

• Proven HR coordination or generalist HR experience.
• Construction or Manufacturing sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management.
• University degree or equivalent HR qualification.
• Experience using a HRIS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new employees and ensure a welcoming start.
• Assist with recruiting, employee relations, performance reviews.
• Support rewards/remuneration processes and EA interpretation.
• Maintain employment records and ensure HR policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
• Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
• Assisting with rewards, remuneration processes, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
• Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities when needed.
• Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
• Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
