Employment Hero is hiring a HR Advisor to provide accurate IR/ER advice to clients, handle compliance matters, and support our advisory services from a remote Australia-wide base. You will manage high-volume inquiries, raise complex issues with senior staff, and contribute to our knowledge base and client guides.

The role suits someone with 1–2 years HR experience and strong communication skills in a global remote team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience at an HR Advisor level.
• Qualifications in HR, Law, or Business (preferred).
• Australian employment knowledge and IR experience are valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide IR/ER advice to clients on performance, misconduct, and firing issues.
• Conduct compliance audits and advise on award coverage.
• Liaise with legal team for complex disputes and investigations.
• Support sales/marketing teams to grow advisory products.
• Create blog posts or client guides and contribute to knowledge base.
