Responsabilidades

• Build and grow your own desk by proactively identifying opportunities before they become explicit talent acquisition requirements.

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives at client organizations.
• Generate opportunities across permanent recruitment, contract staffing, project services, and comprehensive workforce solutions for our clients.
• Utilize AI, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify buying signals and emerging demand within your market.
• Create your own pipeline through proactive business development and strategic outreach.
