Effective HR in Australia is seeking an HR Consultant to join our remote, part-time team delivering high-level HR advisory services on a national scale. This role focuses on complex employee relations, performance matters, legislative interpretation and compliant HR guidance for diverse clients.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Australian HR experience in partner/advisor roles.
• Hands-on experience with complex employee relations matters.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and awards.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on employee performance concerns and develop improvement plans.
• Support misconduct allegations, disciplinary meetings and terminations.
• Guide managers through difficult conversations balancing fairness and business outcomes.
• Provide practical HR documentation and policies for compliant decisions.
