Job summary

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience using MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, NES).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to leaders on employment and industrial relations matters.
• Partner with site leadership to drive employee engagement and culture.
• Serve as primary contact for HR and payroll inquiries and manage central inbox.
• Assist with HR investigations and issue resolution with a proactive, risk-based approach.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage contract variations, site transfers, and HR data integrity.
