Northern Star Mining Services Limited in Subiaco is seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our HR team at our Corporate Office. This permanent, full-time role provides an opportunity to support leaders on employment matters and help build a positive workplace culture.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will manage HR data, assist with policy implementation, staff onboarding, payroll inquiries, and development programs, while maintaining confidentiality and partnering with

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Knowledge of current employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in a resources sector HR role is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide thorough advice and support to leaders on employment and industrial relations matters.
• Partner with site leadership teams to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Be the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR and payroll inquiries, responding promptly to the centralised inbox.
• Support employee investigations and issue resolution with a proactive, risk-based approach.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures.
