Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking a dedicated Sourcing & Contracts professional to join our Subiaco-based team on a permanent full-time basis, with a standard Monday to Friday work week, and occasional travel to site.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will lead end-to-end sourcing to contract activities, develop savings plans, provide contract advice, and support post-award management to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end sourcing and contracting roles, preferably in mining.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for goods and services.
• Strong negotiations, analytics and supplier performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing to contract process including RFx drafting and issuing, RFx clarifications, commercial evaluation, negotiations, award and contract formation.
• Assist with development and implementation of savings plans driving cost savings through contracting.
• Provide contract advice to end users and stakeholders.
• Provide post-award contract management services through to contract closeout or practical completion.
