Northern Star is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join their HR Team at Jundee Operations in Western Australia. This Permanent Full-Time role involves providing guidance, supporting employee engagement, and monitoring HR performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, preferably within the resources sector, and a genuine passion for the gold mining industry. The position includes many perks such as subsidized health insurance, annual leave, and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, preferably within the resources sector.
• Relevant work experience and qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
• Genuine passion for the Australian gold mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to supervisors on employment and industrial relations.
• Engage and support employees, fostering workplace culture.
• Act as a point of contact for HR and payroll matters.
• Monitor HR performance metrics and ensure alignment.
• Assist in employee-related investigations and discussions.
• Facilitate leadership training sessions as required.
• Develop and implement company-wide HR strategies.
• Administer contract variations for site-based employees.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance.
