Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking a Senior Advisor – Health & Safety (Technology & Data) to join our Subiaco team on a permanent full-time basis, with occasional travel to site. You will oversee health and safety tech platforms, data governance and reporting aligned to Mine Health & Safety requirements.

Leading digital workflows, dashboards and investigations, you’ll partner with process owners and IT, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in WHS, IS, data or business systems.
• Five+ years in health & safety tech, data, or reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of MHMS and governance requirements.
• Experience with Quartex modules such as InControl/InFlight/+Process.
• Ability to translate requirements into workflows and reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Health & Safety tech, data and reporting.
• Translate system requirements into digital workflows and data models.
• Plan system upgrades, tests, releases and change management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs.
• Ensure data governance, security and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT, data & analytics teams and vendors.
