Northern Star Resources is seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team in Kalgoorlie. This residential opportunity offers flexibility with either a 5:2 roster working 9-hour days or a 5:2/4:3 roster working 10-hour days.

You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Talent teams, manage records, onboard new staff, and help ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Talent teams.
• Process invoices, audit leave records, and prepare documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Be first point of contact for enquiries, delivering professional support.
• Assist with onboarding materials and pre-employment coordination.
• Support HR projects and maintain records in line with policy.
