Job summary

Toll Group in Australia is seeking a passionate Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team. This role provides practical people support, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and contributes to a positive employee experience across the lifecycle.

You will work closely with leaders and employees, deliver end-to-end HR support, drive continuous improvement, and support change initiatives that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• Experience in a broad HR generalist role.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience supporting organisational change and business improvement initiatives.
• Strong HR administration and data management capability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a range of people matters.
• Coordinate key people processes including performance reviews, talent activities and salary reviews.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, employee changes and offboarding.
• Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and workplace concerns.
• Analyse workforce data and provide insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
