Job summary

Sunshine Coast Waterways Authority is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the employee journey from onboarding through payroll and compliance across multiple entities. You will provide high‑quality administrative support to the HR and Payroll function, ensuring records and processes are accurate and efficient.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager, building strong relationships with employees and managers across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation and payroll administration activities including reporting.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes and offboarding activities.
• Monitor compliance requirements including licences and clearances.
• Prepare HR, payroll and workforce reports.
