Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking an HR professional to join our Sydney CBD team. You will own key HR functions from day one, working with senior leaders to recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement HR policies, manage contracts, and drive performance initiatives while collaborating with our Associate Director of HR and Head of Operations. A HR degree is essential, and a strong, energetic mindset is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be highly involved in our internal recruitment process
• Set up, onboard, and induct new employees with care and precision
• Drive employee training and development initiatives
• Update and issue internal contracts
• Develop and continuously improve internal HR systems and policies
• Implement and manage company performance management systems
• Prepare and execute impactful HR-related initiatives
• Manage supplier relationships
• Support general ad-hoc HR tasks as required
