Job summary

Talent Connect Australia is seeking an HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team in Sydney CBD. You will support delivery of HR programs and advise across the employee lifecycle to build capability and engagement.

Focus on advising managers, managing employee relations, and partnering to implement global HR initiatives locally. This role offers growth within a globally recognised organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in HR or similar role.
• Experience providing HR advice to managers and employees.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR initiatives including performance management, talent development, learning and remuneration.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Manage employee relations matters and support investigations with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and career transitions.
• Partner with internal HR specialists to implement global programs locally.
• Analyse people data to identify trends for informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and use digital tools and AI.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
