Job summary

EST10 Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our Sydney team. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to align people strategies with business goals, own HR across the organisation, and help shape a positive culture.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance processes and employee development, with the autonomy to lead initiatives and implement practical improvements while supporting managers and teams daily.

Qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of experience across HR or people and culture.
• You're ready to take the next step and grow into a broader HR leadership role.
• You're confident, personable, and naturally build strong relationships.
• You love working with people and genuinely care about creating a positive workplace.
• You're comfortable advising managers and navigating different personalities.
• You're organised, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves.
• You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to suggest a better way of doing things.
• You're approachable, down-to-earth, and bring great energy to the team.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to person for all things HR across the business.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on people matters.
• Manage recruitment from initial brief through to offer.
• Create a brilliant onboarding experience for new starters.
• Support managers with day-to-day HR advice and guidance.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee development and HR initiatives.
• Help shape a positive, engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
• Review and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
