Job summary

5B Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to bring order to HR processes, support onboarding, and keep managers updated with timely HR communications.

Based in Mascot, Sydney, this full-time role requires office presence and offers the chance to streamline documentation, reports, and systems across recruitment, payroll and HR programs. You will draft employment letters and contracts, maintain employee files, dashboards, and data integrity, using Employment Hero as your source of truth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR administrative role.
• A university degree or qualification in Human Resources.
• You are detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Role is based in Mascot, Sydney with in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR administration including drafting employment letters and contracts, and maintaining employee files and HR systems.
• Support recruitment activities: postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding and reference checks.
• Produce HR reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity using Employment Hero as source of truth.
