Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to lead our housekeeping team on a dynamic, rotating schedule within a resort setting. You will supervise shifts, mentor team members and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, flexibility across early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays, and a proactive approach to training and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster including early mornings and late shifts.
