Job summary

Studio 8 Residences is seeking a Housekeeping All-Rounder to maintain the hotel's cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort across rooms and public areas.

This casual role requires flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, and a proactive, team-focused approach to daily hotel operations.

• Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel's required standards.
• Make beds, change linen, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with laundry duties, handling linen, and replenishing housekeeping supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any room-related concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Follow hotel procedures for cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other duties as required to support the hotel's operations.

As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall standards of our hotel. You will assist across various housekeeping duties to ensure our rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our guests. This is a casual position working on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility and availability across these days are essential.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel's required standards.
