Anteo Recruitment Group has partnered with a growing Victorian residential builder to recruit a Land Opportunities and Packaging Specialist. You will identify land prospects, develop competitive house and land packages, and support the sales process alongside senior leadership and the Business Development team.

The role offers autonomy as a standalone position with exposure to estate guidelines, pricing decisions and builder margins as the business grows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in house and land packaging or similar residential construction role.
• Understanding of developer guidelines and estate requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Identify and assess land opportunities considering pricing and market demand.
• Create and maintain competitive house and land packages with pricing and margins.
• Interpret plans of subdivision, engineering, and developer guidelines for compliance.
• Develop relationships with land agents and developers to secure stock.
• Maintain land availability, stock lists and package info across systems.
• Support BDMs and Sales Consultants with package options and contracts.
• Conduct regular land runs and monitor market trends.
