Plantation Homes is seeking a House & Land Coordinator to support the Queensland team. Working with the House & Land Manager, you will help bring opportunities to market, keep package accuracy, and back sales across South East Queensland’s fast-growing communities.
You’ll coordinate pricing, documentation, and marketing content, review plans and approvals, and assist with site feasibility and cost considerations. A proactive, organised mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential.
Great House & Land outcomes don't happen by accident.
Behind every successful package is someone ensuring the pricing stacks up, the documentation is accurate, and the sales team has everything they need to convert opportunities into sales.
We're looking for a House & Land Coordinator to join our growing Queensland team. Working closely with the House & Land Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing new opportunities to market, maintaining package accuracy and supporting sales across some of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities.
If you're organised, commercially minded and enjoy working across sales, construction and property, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
You'll ideally have experience in House & Land, residential construction, land development, property, sales support or administration and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to every stage of the House & Land journey while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
You'll play a critical role in helping bring new opportunities to market, supporting sales performance and ensuring the accuracy of packages across one of Queensland's most active residential growth markets.
