Job summary

Plantation Homes, part of Henley, is seeking a House & Land Coordinator for Queensland to co-ordinate pricing, documentation and sales support. You will work closely with the House & Land Manager to bring opportunities to market, ensuring package accuracy and alignment with design guidelines across South East Queensland.

The role emphasizes organisation, commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration with developers, land sales agents and internal teams to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and managing House & Land packages.

• Understanding of residential construction and site-related cost considerations.
• Knowledge of site suitability, setbacks, overlays and estate requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously while keeping projects moving.
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support sales success.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, pricing and maintaining House & Land packages.

• Reviewing estate documentation, design guidelines, title plans, covenants and development approvals.
• Completing basic site assessments and package feasibility reviews.
• Assessing site costs and identifying potential construction considerations.
• Maintaining CRM systems, package databases and reporting tools.
• Coordinating package brochures, flyers and digital marketing collateral.
• Building strong relationships with developers, land sales agents and internal stakeholders.
• Providing accurate and timely package information to the sales team.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
