Job summary

Prosperity Residential in Melbourne is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our Victorian team. You’ll focus on converting enquiries into sales with leads provided and our unique house-and-land packages.

You will work with partnered mortgage brokers, source land, and guide clients from enquiry to contract, with strong earning potential from base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in new home sales.
• Display home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close new home sales.
• Experience with house and land packages and preliminary house siting.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage clients through the sales process.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Australian working rights.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing Victorian team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing business with a unique product offering and excellent earning potential.

Leads will be provided, allowing you to focus on converting enquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing enquiries and converting leads into new home sales.
• Guiding clients through the home buying process, from initial enquiry to contract.
• Working with our partnered mortgage brokers to assist clients with finance assessments.
• Sourcing suitable land and preparing house and land packages.
• Undertaking preliminary siting of house designs on available land.
• Building relationships with clients, land agents and developers.
• Participating in occasional shopping centre promotional activities.

You will be supported by our Melbourne team and established Queensland head office.

About You

We are looking for a confident, results-driven sales professional with:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in new home sales.
• Previous display home sales experience.
• A proven ability to close new home sales.
• Experience with house and land packages and preliminary house siting.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage clients throughout the sales process.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Australian working rights.

Experience with first home buyers and low-deposit purchasers will be highly regarded.

Location: Tarneit Display Home, Melbourne.

Hours:

• Tuesday-Friday: 9am-5pm
• Saturday: 10am-4pm
