Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a House & Land Coordinator to support the Queensland team. Working with the House & Land Manager, you will help bring opportunities to market, keep package accuracy, and back sales across South East Queensland’s fast-growing communities.

You’ll coordinate pricing, documentation, and marketing content, review plans and approvals, and assist with site feasibility and cost considerations. A proactive, organised mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and managing House & Land packages.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret estate documentation, plans, engineering drawings and design guidelines.
• Understanding of residential construction and site-related cost considerations.
• Knowledge of site suitability, setbacks, overlays and estate requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously while keeping projects moving.
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support sales success.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, pricing and maintaining House & Land packages.
• Updating package pricing, promotions, inclusions and marketing content.
• Reviewing estate documentation, design guidelines, title plans, covenants and development approvals.
• Completing basic site assessments and package feasibility reviews.
• Assessing site costs and identifying potential construction considerations.
• Maintaining CRM systems, package databases and reporting tools.
• Coordinating package brochures, flyers and digital marketing collateral.
• Building strong relationships with developers, land sales agents and internal stakeholders.
• Providing accurate and timely package information to the sales team.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
