Job summary

Crowne Plaza Terrigal is seeking a experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the hotel's restaurant operations in a full-time capacity. You will manage daily service, lead a dedicated team, drive revenue growth and uphold the high standards of hospitality that define the Crowne Plaza brand.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling and performance management.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
Ensure food safety, health and hygiene compliance.
Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through menu development and promotions.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management.
Handle reservations and guest concerns professionally.
