Job summary

Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks an exceptional Director of Rooms to join our Executive Leadership Team on the Central Coast. You will lead the Rooms Division across multiple departments, shaping the guest experience and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, manage budgets and staff, and elevate service standards to deliver memorable stays for leisure, corporate and VIP

Qualifications

• Proven senior hotel leadership experience across multiple Rooms Division departments.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and labour cost management with focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rooms Division including Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception, Reservations, VIP Services, Health Club and Engineering.
• Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to shape strategy and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
