Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations on shift and manage guest services.
• Manage wage costs and rosters to match demand.
• Support the General Manager with departmental leadership across rooms, F&B and operations.
• Ensure guest feedback is logged and service recovery acted on promptly.
• Ensure SOP compliance and accurate accounting practices.
• Collaborate with all departments to deliver brand-standard accommodation and services.
• Contribute toward achieving hotel performance targets.
